INGREDIENTS

  • 2 OZ TROY & SONS OAK RESERVE
  • 1.5 TSP JO SNOW CHERRY & THYME SYRUP
  • SODA WATER
  • 3 BRANDIED CHERRIES
  • 1 ORANGE WEDGE

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. INFUSE 1 BOTTLE OF TROY & SONS OAK RESERVE WITH PEEL OF 1 MEDIUM ORANGE (NO PITH)
  2. AFTER 2 DAYS, REMOVE PEEL AND KEEP IN COOL AREA
  3. COMBINE 2 OZ OF INFUSED T&S OAK RESERVE WITH JO SNOW CHERRY AND THYME SYRUP IN SHORT GLASS WITH FRESH ICE
  4. TOP WITH SPLASH OF SODA WATER
  5. GARNISH WITH ORANGE WEDGE AND BRANDIED CHERRIES
