Platinum Cranberry Martini

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 OZ TROY & SONS PLATINUM
  • .5 OZ CRANBERRY JUICE
  • SPLASH OF VERMOUTH
  • 1 LIME WEDGE
  • SKEWERED FRESH CRANBERRIES
  • RED SANDING SUGAR

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. RUB THE RIM OF A MARTINI GLASS WITH A LIME WEDGE AND DIP THE RIM INTO A SAUCER OF RED SANDING SUGAR, ROTATING GENTLY TO EVENLY COAT
  2. CHILL IN FREEZER AT LEAST 10 MINUTES
  3. COMBINE T&S PLATINUM, CRANBERRY JUICE AND VERMOUTH IN A SHAKER WITH ICE
  4. SHAKE FOR ABOUT ~20 SECONDS
  5. STRAIN INTO CHILLED MARTINI GLASS
  6. GARNISH WITH SKEWERED FRESH CRANBERRIES
