  • TWO LEMON WEDGES AND TWO ORANGE WEDGES (QUARTERS) ABOUT 1/4″ THICK
  • 1 HEAPING TSP OF FRESHLY GRATED GINGER
  • 1.5 OZ SIMPLE SYRUP
  • 2.0 OZ OF BLENHEIM SPICY RED TOP GINGER ALE. (REGULAR GINGER ALE JUST DOESN’T WORK).

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. PUT THE LEMON WEDGES, ORANGE WEDGES, GRATED GINGER AND SIMPLE SYRUP IN A 16 OZ BAR GLASS
  2. MUDDLE WITH AEROBIC VIGOR
  3. ADD BLENHEIM RED TOP GINGER ALE
  4. FILL GLASS WITH ICE
  5. POUR WITHIN 1/2″ OF THE TOP OF THE GLASS WITH T&S BLONDE WHISKEY (~6 OZ.)
  6. SHAKE LIKE ELVIS (OR MILEY CYRUS TWERKING?) WITH A COCKTAIL SHAKER
  7. STRAIN INTO ICE-FILLED 8 OZ ROCK GLASSES
  8. GARNISH WITH STRING OF LEMON OR ORANGE ZEST OR A LEMON BALM LEAF
